Management & Communication Office

Missions

This is the implementing body. It is responsible for the implementation of the decisions taken by the Steering Committee and ensures the proper day-to-day management of the project.  It also ensures good coordination between the TRAIL project and specific projects.  Its responsibilities include:

  • Assists the Chair of the Steering Committee and ensures continuity in the rotating presidency; 
  • Ensures the reporting activities; 
  • Ensures the proper implementation of research activities and may propose updates to the Steering Committee; 
  • Ensures the proper implementation of activities in relation to the socio-economic impact and may propose updates to the Steering Committee; 
  • Ensures external communication and outreach to Europe and internationally;  
  • Suggests and ensures the follow-up of the positioning of the consortium or of some of its Parties in other federal, European or international initiatives, in coherence with the regional (DigitalWallonia4.ai programme) and federal (AI4Belgium) strategies and with the support of the NCP Wallonia. 

Coordination

The project manager is responsible for the coordination of the office.
