Missions

It is the advisory body on the socio-economic aspect. In particular, it advises on : 

  • The vision of market needs (strategic watch at regional/(inter)national level, identification of niche sectors);
  • The use and usability of the TRAIL Factory
    Good transmission of information on the needs of companies;
  • The application domains of research that are a priority
    Good representation of the different company profiles;
  • Alignment between the TRAIL scientific vision, the technological strategies of the companies and the S3 strategies of the Walloon Government;
  • Orientations in terms of researcher training (suitability and attractiveness for companies).

Coordination

The coordination is carried out by one of the members of an Accredited Research Centre on a rotating annual basis.
